RESEARCH
- QUANTITATIVE & QUALITATIVE
The Agency is a supporter of proprietary qualitative and quantitative
research. We utilize syndicated secondary research for every effort to
provide baseline information and directional findings through sources
such as Simmons, Claritas and Yankelovich among others. We utilize quantitative
studies to establish baselines and confirm or quantify qualitative research
findings and brand perceptions. We are firm believers of the power of
speaking to our target personally, and this activity does not always occur
in a “formal” research setting, but often at events, grocery
stores, businesses and neighborhoods – getting out in the “calle.”
We utilize focus groups or in-depth interviews when wanting to uncover
habits and practices, brand insights and for creative testing.
While we outsource recruiting and moderating, we develop the research
strategy and design in-house and provide direction on every aspect from
screening, facility, set up, moderator’s guide/questionnaire and
final topline report. |
