Our assignment was to create a Spanish language direct mail campaign which was used as a test vs. their control piece to evaluate performance. We created the “Freedom” campaign including bilingual direct mailers, brochures and follow up letters. Our test piece generated 30% more responses vs. control in regards to first direct mail campaign with this key cultural insight.
