National City: Hispanic Program
The assignment was to build a “soup to nuts” Hispanic marketing
program. Our approach was to develop a 3 step plan to build the groundwork,
then drive volume followed by loyalty programs. As tracking by ethnicity
is not permissible, there has been a noticeable branch Hispanic clientele
increase. MSN Latino program exceeded response goals and responses have
grown steadily. |
